UniVoice.us Acquires UniVoice Pro (Product of Uniperson Technologies) UniVoice.us announced Monday June 13 th 2005 the acquisition of software package, UniVoice Pro, a move that reflects the UniVoice.us's intention to expand its presence in the VoIP market. Los Angeles, Calif.-based UniVoice.us has signed an agreement to buy software package (and all rights to sell and distribute), UniVoice Pro from Uniperson. The deal is expected to close by June 30 th, 2005. Both boards have approved the deal. The move is meant to increase UniVoice Pro’s success, bringing it to an even wider customer base. UniVoice.us will immediately begin increasing the functionality of the existing product through its own R&D. UniVoice.us will essentially be adding to the leading software in VoIP exciting new features, security and functionality. This deal will also be giving UniVoice.us a longer list of customers to sell its other up and coming products to.
